1、 Introduction of new products

1. According to the data and samples of switching power supply provided by the development department, formulate the preliminary process flow and SOP precautions.

2. Work out the capacity of new products of switching power supply and power adapter and arrange relevant technicians to make SOP

3. According to the product structure of switching power supply and power adapter, design relevant auxiliary fixtures and arrange technicians to follow up.

4. Before the first production, confirm whether the relevant data and fixtures are made as required.

5. Assist the production line to provide relevant technical guidance, and analyze and improve the problems in production.

6. Put forward the problem points, improvement plans and tracking results after the production of switching power supply and power adapter for the first time.

7. Break through the existing situation, introduce full / semi automation, reduce manual operation and improve product completion rate.

8. Prepare operation instructions according to products to ensure that operators can operate correctly.

2、 Production process improvement

1. Understand the structure and quality requirements of old products.

2. Analyze the invalid operations in the production line.

3. Comprehensively decompose the waste occurred in the production process and put forward solutions

4. Negotiate with engineering and quality control departments for improvement of old product structure and quality problems

5. Improve the production process of old products and design new tools and fixtures to improve efficiency.

6. Improve process on-site guidance, and confirm quality, personnel ranking and production efficiency

7. Arrange relevant technicians to update and confirm the improved product operation standards and production capacity

8. Precautions for production site management personnel training and subsequent production of improved products

Job requirements:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, having received ISO9001, lean production and ie

2.3 years of relevant working experience in switching power supply, power adapter and charger, familiar with production process, standard man hour accounting, production line planning, design tools and fixtures, and improve production operations. Follow up the whole process of new product introduction, optimize the production process, study and improve the process and reduce production hours.
