1. Major in electronics or related electronics, familiar with electronic circuits. At least 2 years working experience in factory pie supervisor

2. Be proficient in the process flow of electronic products, such as PCBA process (SMT, dip, post welding) and assembly of complex products

3. Good at lean improvement, familiar with ie, PE and te workflow, familiar with electronic testing methods and electronic product technical analysis ability

4. Have professional experience in standard man hour formulation and maintenance, cost control, auxiliary material standards and control, can independently establish pie standard documents and work guidelines, and have rich experience in lean production implementation and energy efficiency improvement

5. Have rich management experience in new product introduction, production line exception handling, improving production efficiency and on-site improvement

6. At least 3 years working experience in switching power supply, power adapter, charger and electronic manufacturing factory, with good teamwork ability
